Refund policy

• You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your shipment to return your ardor* purchase.
• Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with all original contents.
• Order will be returned by mail only.
• Upon receiving and inspecting your order, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 3-5 business days for the inspection process.
• Following the inspection, allow 24-48 hours for your refund to be processed.
